Here’s an interesting new brew coming from La Chouffe called Houblon Chouffe Dobbelen IPA Tripel. This new brew will come in at 9% ABV and be packaged in 11.2oz bottles. This Duvel Moortgat import uses Tomahawk, Amarillo & Saaz hops in a traditional Belgian tripel…so it should be interesting to see what the gnome has brewed up this time.
