Full Sail Brewers Share–Alt & Berliner Weiss

It’s a “full” sort of day today, so here we have Full Sail Brewing Brewer’s Share beers.  These 22oz bottled brews each feature one of Full Sail’s brewers and benefit that brewer’s charity.  Up first is Phil Roche’s Alt (aka Phil’s Existential Alt—”a copper colored, cold-conditioned small batch beer…generously imbued with Munich & Vienna malts & German noble hops.”)  This 5.1% ABV brew benefits www.friendsofthechildren.org.  Next we have Chris Haveman’s Berliner Weiss (aka Chris’ Summer Delight—“an unfiltered refreshingly tart small batch beer…from 50% wheat malt & just s touch of Hersbrucker hops.”)  This 4% ABV beer will benefit oregonstate.edu/dept/foodsci.
