it’s early AM…but I thought you’d want to see the latest Dogfish head brew called ta henket (beer brewed with Za’atar, Doum fruit, & chamomile.  Nope I couldn’t make this up, especially at 12:35AM.  This 4.5% ABV beer will be packaged in 750ml bottles & kegs.  “This Ancient beer is brewed with Za’atar, Doum Fruit, Chamomile, Emmer farro’, & Free-range Egyptian yeast.  I saw the genesis of this on TV with the Brewmasters series, so it’s exciting to see it take shape.
