imageToday I bring you volume 3 of the Schlafly Brewing 20th anniversary series….20 Volume 3 Citrus Witbier.  This 750ml bottled wheat ale brewed with spices will come in at 5.5% ABV.  “Citrus Wit is designed & brewed by our third generation of Schlafly brewers (1998-2008), who were instrumental in our transition from local brewpub to regional brewery.  Wit the third generation comes experience from brewers who joined us from around the country & world; Citrus Wit is a collaboration of this shared experience.  This traditional Belgian-style white beer is flavored with citrus fruit & coriander to refresh a parched palate, Enjoy!”
