Today we have the revamped 12oz packaging for Red Hook Late Harvest Seasonal Ale.  Since this brew is typically available Aug through Oct, I can only guess the guys at Red Hook are planning ahead.  This 5.9% ABV brew has been around since 2005 and it uses Willamette, Saaz and Chinook hops.
