New Belgium Brewing–OOH LA LA Raspberry Ale NEW

imageI’m always interested to see the new beers coming out of Fort Collins, CO New Belgium Brewing.  Yes it’s a regular stop for us when we fly west, but it’s also a beer finding it’s way more and more to the east coast.  Today they received label approval for KEG-ONLY packaging for OOH LA LA Ale Brewed with Raspberry Juice.  Coming in at 8.5% ABV this is definitely not their raspberry brown ale so stay tuned!

    this one's on tap at the Ramskeller bar on Colorado State's campus. it's a fruit bomb, but must have been aged with a little brettanomyces, because it's a little tart. it's a tasty little treat, but not something i'd drink on a regular basis. so fruity!
