I’ve been a big fan of the reserve series beers from Grand Teton ever since I tasted a bottle of their 2008 Bitch Creek Cellar Reserve, so I was excited to get to be the first to show off their new 2011 Cellar Reserve Persephone Pils Imperial Pilsner (coming in Feb). Grand Teton did release the naming of this beer a few weeks ago, but this is your first look at the actual label. This 8.76% ABV brew will be packaged in 750ml bottles and if it follows their previous cellars reserve series packaging, it will be cork-and-caged, wax dipped and includes a special neck tag. (see below). Grand Teton will also be releasing this beer in kegs (packaging also approved today.)
