I just heard from Terry, and in addition to the already amazing selection of beers he has on tap now, he also has some special beer releases lined up….
Tomorrow (12/15) A special holiday version of Edgar IPA (ramped up to 9.5% abv with even more hops, un-officially dubbed DUIPA)
Friday (12/17) Night Owl Winter Saison (an 11.5% abv dark saison fermented with the house blend of Dupont/Brett. Clausenni yeast and conditioned for 3 months) (From Terry: I think this might be the best "super Saison" I've ever made.”
Next week (Friday 12/24) Burton-upon-Billtown, a British Pale Ale...
