  1. Hey Troegs, are we supposed to know what "splintered blue" is before we take the effort to go over there and shell out 23 bucks for a bottle? I suppose it's a "blue belgian double imperial ipa brewed with zagnuts"

  2. Anon...we did publish details on mybeerbuzz.com a few months ago http://mybeerbuzz-troegs.blogspot.com/2010/05/troegs-splinter-blue-aka-aged.html

The splinter series have so far only been oak aged versions of their normal beers (sort of). So far red and gold are out and blue is their Dreamweaver Wheat aged in oak.

  3. thanks mybeerbuzz. Just seems like TROEGS should put that kind of information in their release, and not depend on people like yourself to spread the word.

as it is, i'll be skipping this one...

  4. Thanks ANon...that's the service I deliver here at mybeerbuzz...and not just for Troegs. They do have a blog you can check out at troegs.com/blog but I'm happy to help regardless of where you get your beer news.
