Thanks for reading this.The time has come, I must leave NEPA and go home.I am selling the bar ... lock, stock and barrel.If you are interested... send me an email with the subject as "Bar Sale"You must have your own financing.Find me a buyer and I'll pay you a fee.Proof required, payment at closing.Let's make a deal .....

BFJ'Eat is OPEN....I spoke with Trudy and she remains OPEN... The Bar is For Sale but OPEN.

    Very sad news.....Trudy always had a 1st class operation and we'll miss her. Any news on a buyer??

    I agree....no I have not heard anything about anyone buying at this time, however I suspect it is fairly early in the process...

    Who wants to own a Bar or Restaurant ?

    I am leaving NEPA and the bar is now for sale.



    It has great family potential !!!

    There is ... NO owner financing.



    Write me an email with subject ... "Bar Sale"

    Please include your full name and a phone number where you can be contacted.



    Also tell me the best time to call.



    AND ... There is a finders fee, if you provide the buyer.



    You will need proof to collect the fee.

    Ah, sad news indeed. I'll be sorry to see BFJeats and more importantly Trudy go. I do wish her well with whatever she plans to do next. (If it's a beer bar in Philadelphia, I'll definitely visit, though not as often as I would BFJeats.)
