Dogfish Head Announcing Cans 5/16 ?

UPDATE…THIS is actually the Big announcement, not Dogfish Head cans…

So here’s a little teaser photo (above) courtesy of Dogfish Head today announcing an announcement coming 5/16.  Of course you can’t help but notice the can in the photo…and after the myriad of users who sent me the mock ups below from the 2016 Craft Brewer’s Conference in Philly (below) I think it’s safe to say Dogfish Head has changed course and will now be offering cans (insert your own question mark here).  The mock-ups from CBC show 60-Min IPA and Flesh & Blood IPA 12oz cans, but I suspect we may see more…and what a perfect package for Aprihop….of course stay tuned here for your first peek at the actual packaging.

Keep in mind American Craft Beer Week also kicks off 5/16 so there may be much more to this announcement (2+ 2 may not equal 4).  This same teaser graphic is now showing up on several different brewery sites (Cinder Block, Nedloh, Left Hand…)so there may be lots more to this story…..independent craft beer….stay tuned.
