Surly & Mikkeller Collaborate On Brett Mikkel’s IPA

image
Here’s your first look at a new collaboration between Mikkeller and Surly Brewing.  This is Brett Mikkel’s IPA and as you may have guessed, it’s an IPA fermented with brettanomyces yeast.  This beer uses a “variety of new German hop varietals” and it will be packaged in 750ml bottles at Surly.  Look for Brett Mikkel’s IPA to hit 7.5%-AbV and stay tuned for release details.
