No it has not hit all markets yet, but as I suspected, Troegs Nugget Nectar is being released at the brewery today as well as the Central PA distribution channels (Harrisburg, Lancaster & York, PA).  Draft deliver is still a few weeks away.  Stay tuned for updates!
