Oskar Blues Brevard NC Facility To Go On-Line Today

When we interviewed Dale Katechis from Oskar Blues a few weeks ago, he mentioned that the first brew would be created at the Brevard, NC facility on 12/12/12…and based on the tweet just sent out by Oskar Blues I suspect they are coming on-line today.  Stay tuned to this thread throughout the day for updates and congratulations to everyone at Oskar Blues Brevard.
 The Oskar Blues Trolley is shown above making it’s inaugural run to Asheville, NC today….and here’s a peek at the new canning line.

Here’s the brewing team on the first brew day today with Dale Katechis.
Details from WLOS and it’s looking like the Thirsty Squirrel taproom will open tomorrow at 8PM due to some delayed permits.

And yes there’s Oskar Blues Brevard swag ready to go
