A New Way to Take Home 2-Pints of Beer

image

This JUST popped up on my beer-radar as well as Facebook (1-Like so far)…looks like we’ll again be seeing another run at the resurgence of paper-based take-home beer containers (i.e. recyclable & biodegradable.)  I first saw this many year’s ago in Milford, NJ at the Ship Inn when they had cardboard-based growlers….and now we have Crafty Cartons touting their 2-Pint take home beer containers.  The website links are still not active but they are touting a March 20, 2012 “launch.”  Seems like an interesting green package, and I’m not sure if they mean 32oz or 2-Imperial Pints so stay tuned.  Since the man behind the carton, Luke Dolby, has his roots in the UK I’m hoping they mean more like 40oz….then they may have more of a market.
