Church Street Releasing Da Choppa

We brewed up something special with Blake from Reserve Artisan Ales—an Austrian Pilsner that’s as smooth and clean as they come! This brew features Maltgems from Briess Malting, a custom-milled Synergy Select Pilsner Malt designed to eliminate harsh astringency for a crisp, refined finish. Hopped with Michigan-grown Zuper Saazer from Hop Head Farms, then fermented with our house German lager strain, this Pilsner is all about balance and drinkability. Release Dates: April 11th – On tap and available in 4-packs at Church Street Brewing Company. (Not a Congregation Release but can use your benefits for your monthly 4-pack) April 12th – Poured at Reserve Artisan Ales during Galesburg Beer Fest.
