Guided Pairings

Join us for a Guided Pairing event at Block 15's Southtown Tap Room & Brewery. During this guided experience, you’ll learn about how the beers were made from our brewery staff while enjoying thoughtful pairings to enhance the tasting notes of each beer made by Our Executive Chef, Sarah.
With the purchase of a ticket to the Guided Pairing event, you can secure bottles of our Late Fall Release beers in advance through a pre-order shop link. Limits apply.

Bottles will be available for sale at each of our locations starting on Saturday, November 2nd, when we open. Limits will be in effect and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Ol' Saint Nick - Winter Ale
Ol' Saint Nick, one of our seasonal favorites, is a generously malt-forward winter ale - artfully constructed with a base of selected malts and hops, offering notes of toffee, cocoa, plum, and caramel with citrusy hops and a pleasant lingering finish.
