Dear Saint Arnold Army - South Texas,

Three decades ago, our first kegs of Amber Ale hit the streets. Thanks to beer lovers across Texas, we're still brewing Amber Ale (and a whole lot more!) all these years later.

We're as proud as ever to be a part of the amazing Texas craft beer community, and we hope you'll join us this month to celebrate.

30th Anniversary Events

To commemorate the occasion, we've brewed a couple of special draft-only beers. Our 30th Anniversary IPA is a mildly bitter IPA brewed with Eclipse and Citra hops. Mosaic Amber Ale is our classic original recipe with a dry hop of Mosaic!

All of the events below will feature 30th Anniversary IPA and Mosaic Amber Ale on tap, as well as our commemorative 30th Anniversary rocks glasses. Where noted, some spots will also be offering bottles of our 30th Anniversary Grand Cru. All beers and glassware are available while supplies last.

We hope to see you around! Here are few places to celebrate with us:

30th Anniversary Grand Cru

To celebrate our 30th Anniversary, we’re releasing a beer that’s been about five years in the making. This Grand Cru, a Double Barrel Imperial Stout, is a toast to the community we’ve worked to build through our passion for beer and represents the quality and innovation we’ve remained committed to for three decades.

In the beer world, Grand Cru can have a couple of meanings. For us, Grand Cru is a blend of some of our most cherished beers, with the hope of delivering one that is greater than the sum of its parts.

Our 30th Anniversary Grand Cru is a culmination of our most ambitious endeavors in barrel aged beer. At the core, it’s our Commitment Imperial Stout, which we aged in a variety of different bourbon and whiskey barrels for different durations – between two and four years. The barrels were then blended into sweet and fortified wine barrels: Madeira, Tokaji, and Tawny Port for additional aging. Finally, these barrels were blended a second time to create our Grand Cru.

The final beer, coming in at 16.8% ABV, is an homage to opulence – something truly special to commemorate 30 years of brewing superb beer.

Starting this weekend in the San Antonio area, our 30th Anniversary Grand Cru will be available in individual 12 oz bottles at grocery and liquor stores.

Thank you for 30 years of support.
