Medianoche Bottle Releases

  • Medianoche: T10 Rye: Medianoche: T10 Rye showcases exceptional rye whiskey barrels - Templeton 10-Year Reserve Rye. This Medianoche base features chocolate rye malt, crystal rye malt, flaked rye, and malted rye, totaling 36% of the grist bill. We then aged the rye imperial stout for 32 months in the Templeton 10-year Reserve Rye whiskey barrels. Rye spices, oak, and chocolate dominate the nose, while honey, cinnamon, and burnt sugar create a complex flavor profile sure to excite any rye-whiskey connoisseur.

  • Coconut Marshmallow Scoop (collaboration with 3 Sons Brewing): As WeldWerks blended their first version of Coconut Scoop, the brewery couldn’t help but notice that a few of the barrels imparted huge vanilla and marshmallow notes—so the brewery decided to save those for a future project with their good friends at 3 Sons Brewing Co. After aging the base blend for 34 months in 10-year Eagle Rare Bourbon Barrels, WeldWerks added raw and toasted coconuts, vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, and of course, marshmallow cream, to make an even more expressive and flavorful sequel to last year's Coconut Scoop.

Tickets for both releases go on sale Saturday, June 15 at 10 a.m. via Eventbrite (no access code needed, the ticketing purchase page will be viewable the second the sale begins on the 15th), with pickups beginning June 22-July 7.

Brewery Tours with Neil Fisher
Tickets, which cost $5 per person, go on sale Saturday, June 1 at 10 a.m. for an exclusive brewery tour on June 22 at
11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. with WeldWerks Co-Founder and Owner Neil Fisher.
