We haven't packaged it since the summer of 2021, but today your heart can rejoice. Kellerweis is our Bavarian-style wheat beer with a hazy-golden glow and refreshingly fruity flavors. Also in cans for the first time, Kellerweis is so ready for summer.

Instead of being confined in tanks, Kellerweis uses the traditional method of open fermentation (pictured below). The hefeweizen yeast, exposed to the air, foams and froths to create the beer's complex aromas and flavors of spicy clove, banana bread, and even hints of bubblegum. With each sip, the silky sweetness invites you back for more.
