Ska-Com Seed Swap & Fix-It Fair at Chuckanut Brewery

From Chuckanut:

Come to Chuckanut Brewery’s South Nut location in Skagit county for the Ska-Com (SKAgit – WhatCOM) Seed Swap and Fix-it Fair February 3 from 12-4 pm. This great event happens once a year before the planting season begins. Bring your unneeded or collected seeds to Chuckanut on Saturday noon to 4 pm to trade or just come to get some seeds that others are giving away. Swap seeds freely with your community, talk all things seeds with local master gardeners and farmers. Learn why protecting seed diversity and participating is so important.

Bring clothing to mend, bikes to be repaired, knives to sharpen and more at the volunteer run Fix It Fair for free or by donation during the Seed Swap. Enjoy Chuckanut beers, food from Tacos Tecalitlan and more. Play Seed Bingo, raffles and win prizes, enjoy it all on Saturday February 3 noon to 4 pm at 11937 Higgins Airport Way, Burlington, across from the Port of Skagit Airport.

Chuckanut Brewery brews award winning Lagers and Ales and has won Large Brewery of the Year at WA Beer Awards 2017, 2019 and 2021 and Small Brewery at the GABF 2011. The production facility and Tap Room is in Skagit Valley at 11937 Higgins Airport Way, Burlington, WA. Chuckanut Brewery’s P. Nut Beer Hall is at 920 SE Caruthers St, Portland.  Both locations welcome guests of all ages and have indoor and outdoor seating!
