Rebel Burger Food Truck Rolls into Hi-Wire Brewing Biltmore Village

ASHEVILLE, NC  — A new Asheville staple joins forces with one of the city’s longtime favorite breweries with the arrival of the Rebel Burger at Hi-Wire Brewing's Biltmore Village Production Brewery and Taproom. Rebel Burger plans to revolutionize the food truck experience, promising a trifecta of excellence: Culinary Delight, Heartfelt Service, and a Seamless Digital Experience.

Rebel Burger fires up its grills the week of Nov. 13, aligning the food truck’s hours with Hi-Wire Brewing Biltmore Village's schedule – open Monday through Thursday 3-10 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from 12-11 p.m., and 12-9 p.m. on Sundays – ensuring a seamless dining experience for all taproom visitors.

Operating for the past two months as a digital restaurant with delivery and pickup only, Rebel Burger swiftly captured the attention of Asheville locals and Hi-Wire Brewing owners due to its bold flavors and exceptional smash burgers. However, its partnership with Hi-Wire, a well-established member of the Asheville community for over a decade, provides even greater reach.

Rebel Burger's concise menu is its secret weapon. With a focused selection featuring the mouthwatering Rebel Burger, the vibrant plant-based Abundance Bowl, and the addictive Rebel Fries, each dish is a masterpiece. Global flavors meet a local focus as Executive Chef Christian Albrecht utilizes spices from Georgia and Pakistan, umami-inspired tastes of Japan, and classic French cooking techniques alongside high-quality, mindfully chosen ingredients like grass-fed beef and fresh and locally sourced vegetables. Albrecht elaborated, “Our concept is driven by consistency, quality, and elevated flavors… We are here to create demand and cravings.”

Albrecht is excited to continue expanding the menu at Hi-Wire though with more burgers, an In-N-Out-inspired animal-style fry, a vegetarian smash burger, additional plant-based bowls and even desserts and a late-night menu option to come.

Rebel Burger's commitment to supporting health and celebrating local businesses shines through partnerships with Asheville favorites: Spicewalla, The Chop Shop Butchery, and Mountain Food Products. "We believe every dollar spent stays in and contributes to the growth of our food community," emphasized Rebel Burger co-founder and CEO, Ali Amin.

After the departure of Hi-Wire’s former on-site burger and fries food truck partner, aligning with Rebel Burger was a natural fit for Hi-Wire’s high-quality burger-loving customers. "Nothing pairs with beer better than a great burger, so we were extremely interested in keeping that with a new partner but then expanding it,” expressed Hi-Wire Brewing co-owner Adam Charnack, adding, “Rebel’s commitment to quality, consistency, and selection – plus they're just cool people! – are what make it such a great alignment.”

Hi-Wire patrons can look forward to special deals, including the return of Monday Burger and Beer Nights at the Biltmore Village taproom. Keep an eye on the companies’ social media pages for more details as they are announced.

Prepare your taste buds, Asheville, because Rebel Burger at Hi-Wire Brewing Biltmore Village located at 2A Huntsman Place promises an unforgettable culinary adventure that's as unique as the city itself.
