We are a week away from our Anniversary Celebration!

The style is inspired by North-Germany Pilsners but made with all American ingredients. 6-row barley ground & malted from Riggs Farm, a family owned farm in Urbana, IL & Hop Head Farms supplied Michigan-Grown hops to give this brew a bright, dry lager. Starts with an assertive hop presence balanced by a subtle bready malt backbone.
