We hope you enjoy this year's batch of Atrial Rubicite!

Jester King Atrial Rubicite is our barrel-aged will ale refermented with six pounds per gallon of raspberries. The raspberries were grown by Rader Farms in Lynden, Washington. We take beer brewed with well water, Texas grains, and a blend of fresh and aged hops and ferment it with our house mixed culture of brewers yeast and native yeast. We then age the beer in neutral oak barrels for around one year, then referment it to complete dryness with the raspberries. Finally, its naturally conditioned through refermentation in the bottle.

Here are some of the accolades Atrial Rubicite has garnered since its initial release in 2013:

2022 World Beer Cup Gold Award

2022 Great American Beer Festival Bronze Medal

2013 Great American Beer Festival Bronze Medal

Houston Chronicle Texas Beer Hall of Fame

2nd Highest Rated Wild Ale in the World -- Beer Advocate

2nd Highest Rated Wild Ale in the World -- RateBeer

9th Highest Rated Wild Ale in the World -- Untapped
