Our Bourbon Barrel Pastry Stout—fermented on cacao nibs and vanilla beans, then aged for 10 months in bourbon barrels—is a rich, dessert like stout with hints of dark chocolate, espresso, vanilla, bourbon, and a touch of oak. Perfect for sharing after a meal, this 11.5% ABV beer is available for table service in our restaurant or to take home for cellaring. See Our Beers
