Portland, Oregon. Earth. (May 3, 2023)- Ecliptic Brewing is hosting a Mother’s Day Cosmic Brunch at their Mothership location in North Portland on Sunday, May 14th. The family friendly event features a four-course prix fixe menu, including beer and cocktail specials, as well as a pop-up flower shop. The event is ticketed, and no walk-ins are accepted, with seatings ranging from 9AM to 1:30PM.   zzubreebym

The adult menu includes fresh, house-made offerings such as Wild Mushroom and Garnet Yam Hash, as well as House Smoked Salmon or Tempeh Benedict. It includes a pint of Ecliptic’s fan-favorite, limited-edition Cosmos Coconut & Vanilla Hazy IPA, all for $55. A Bloody Mary Bar is also available for an additional charge. A kid’s menu is available for $25.

Adult Menu:

- Greek Yogurt Parfait: spent grain-pistachio granola, local wildflower honey, fresh berries

- Wild Mushroom and Garnet Yam Hash: local foraged mushrooms, red onions, crispy garnet yams, baby spinach, and white cheddar

- House Smoked Salmon or Tempeh Benedict: choice of protein, avocado, and a poached egg on a house-made crumpet with hollandaise sauce and side of dressed greens

- Bread Pudding French Toast with Southern-Fried Apple Compote: cinnamon-candied ginger bread pudding topped with fried apple compote and fresh whipped Chantilly cream

Ecliptic Brewing is a venture from John Harris, an Oregon beer icon whose background is steeped in the state’s rich craft brewing history. The name Ecliptic unites Harris’ two passions: brewing and astronomy.
