What's New?
Originally brewed to celebrate our 10th Anniversary, Desert Rose Gose won the crowd's hearts. A sour wheat ale brewed with salt, prickly pear, and passionfruit. Desert Rose gose pours pink with a white head. Tart, sweet, and juicy with tropical fruit and candy shop aromas. Passionfruit and prickly pear are the stars of the show. This sweet and sour gem kept our party going. This fresh seasonal release won't last long; grab yours while you can.
Cosmic Gazer appeared on the scene and quickly became a favorite. Available now and for the entire trip around the sun. This summer, unplug, relax, and take in the wonders of the night sky.
Pouring turbid gold with a white head, huge juicy tropical fruit aroma, restrained bitterness, soft mouthfeel, with passionfruit, peach, and citrus fruit on the palate.
The Signal de Botrange is the name of the highest tower on the highest point in the Wallonia region of Belgium. We feel our Signal de Botrange will help elevate your perception of beer, much like the beers of Belgium did for us.
This batch had a lot of extra time in the chardonnay barrels, which has made it a favorite.
Eclectic and original, Signal de Botrange is our interpretation of the farmhouse beers of Belgium. Signal pours a light amber color with hay, oak, and white wine notes.
What's on the brew-izon?
Montanya Rum Barrel Aged
Imperial Horchata Porter
Montayna is a collaboration born out of mutual appreciation for craft libation. Originally located in Silverton, Montanya Distillery now operates on the other side of the divide in Crested Butte, and their commitment to traditional rum-making practices is something we truly respect. We aged Señorita in fresh Rum Barrels for this very limited release.
Aromas of red chili spice, burnt oak, chocolate, and caramelized sugar. Flavors of vanilla, subtle cinnamon, chocolate, and rum-soaked raisin.
Mosaic IPA
A single-hop IPA using our staff’s most beloved hop breed, Mosaic™
Late hop additions and a hefty dry hop showcase the unique and complex aromatics this hop exhibits. Using a classic West Coast IPA grain bill and keeping the bitterness low, this IPA will appease old-school hopheads and new-school juicy bois and baes alike. Aromas of mango, lemon, and blueberry.
