Today I have some new bottles coming from The Bruery and Bruery Terreux in Placentia, CA.
Mélange À Trois will be a blended barrel-aged ale that uses Scotch barrel and Bourbon barrel-aged Anniversary ale, Brandy barrel, Cherry barrel, Cognac barrel and Madeira barrel-aged Black Tuesday, Bourbon barrel-aged quad and Bourbon barrel-aged Wheatwine-style ale (2023 Edition, 17.9%-AbV, 750ml bottles) & Terreux Bae will be an oak barrel-aged imperial sour ale with ube (an earthy nutty purple potato), coconut and vanilla (Bruery Terreux,2023 Edition, 750ml bottle).
