CALYPSO CAT
Mythically hopped with Calypso, this DIPA features rippling piney aromas and enchanting notes of candied lemon peel. Brewing with all grain and no added sugar gives this 9.1% ABV beer a quick hit of bitterness that rises and falls like the ocean’s tide.
“I would try other DIPAs and get smacked in the face with overwhelming alcohol flavor from brewers adding sugar to boost ABV,” said Switchback Brewer, Morgan Capron, who spearheads the development of the ever-growing lineup. “Through the brewing skill and expertise that Switchback has become known for, we are able to achieve the high alcohol content strictly from malt. We call it, ‘Perfection Through Fermentation!”
HOP CAT
Inspired by an artist’s palette, this 4.9% Session IPA fills the canvas with bright and effervescent flavor that will make you (Art) Hop. A creative composition of Mosaic, Ella and Warrior hops adds splashes of citrus and grapefruit with a perfectly placed stroke of bitterness that completes this masterpiece.
