Today I have a new Brewmaster’s Collective collaboration coming from Firestone Walker in Paso Robles, CA. zzubreebym
2022 Let It Loose and it will be an imperial stout aged in wheated Bourbon barrels with toasted cashews, vanilla beans and sea salt. This beer is a collaboration with Side Project Brewing in Maplewood, MO and it will clock in at 11.2%-AbV & 40 IBU (12oz bottles, 250 cases produced). I’ve also added in the non-collaboration 2022 Parabajava and it will remain a Bourbon barrel-aged coffee stout that hits 14%-AbV & 58 IBU (12oz bottles, 100 cases produced).
