Before we get too far, this looks to be three possible names for the same beer coming from Ninkasi Brewing in Eugene, OR. This is Ginger Honey Sparkler, Ginger Honey Collins & Ginger Honey and they will all be a collaboration with mixologist Jeffrey Morgenthaler. The beer will be a malt beverage with ginger-spiced honey and lemon that hits 8.6%-AbV ( latest label below has this beer at 9%-AbV). zzubreebym These look to be 355ml cans and stay tuned for release details.
