Today I have your first peek at the 2021 packaging for a returning beast from Surly Brewing in Minneapolis and Brooklyn Center, MN. This is Darkness 2021 and it will remain a Russian imperial stout with “notes of cherry, chocolate, coffee and an unexpected dose of aromatic hops.” This is the 750ml bottle and for 2021 is will feature artwork by Justin Bergo. Stay tuned for release details.
