Wasatch Brewery Announces Return of Guava Rosa

Wasatch Brewery Announces Return of Guava Rosa

From Wasatch:

Park City, UT  (March 10, 2021) It’s Guava Rosa season! Wasatch Brewery’s fiesta in a can is back for a limited time. This 7.1% ABV Mexican-inspired ale is brewed with real guava to lend sweet and tart notes that shine against a subtle hop profile. Guava Rosa is on shelves now in 6-packs of 12 oz. cans.

Wasatch Brewmaster Jon Lee was inspired to craft Guava Rosa after exploring the local markets of Guadalajara, Mexico. The flavors and spirit of the region influenced the recipe, which focuses on fresh, tropical flavors of guava.

Lee said, “Tasting the fresh guava in this beer and how the entire recipe came together really takes me back to my visits to Mexico. Fresh foods, friendly people and most of all, delicious beer, give me a warm fuzzy feeling… could also be the 7.1% ABV though!”

Whether you’re sipping poolside, out on the trail or in your own backyard, this cerveza is meant to be enjoyed all summer long. Guava Rosa is now available in 12 oz. cans throughout Wasatch’s distribution footprint. Please direct questions to mediarelations@canarchy.beer.

About Wasatch Brewery
When Greg Schirf moved from Milwaukee to Utah in the early 80’s and saw the lack of local beer, he knew he needed to take matters into his own hands and do what any self-respecting midwesterner would: start a brewery. Now reaching over 20 states, Wasatch was the very first brewery in Utah, and has been proudly misbehaving and brewing award-winning brews since 1986.
