New Belgium Adding Fat Tire Torched Earth

New Belgium Adding Fat Tire Torched EarthHere’s an interesting new can coming from New Belgium Brewing in Fort Collins, CO and Asheville, NC. This is Fat Tire Torched Earth and it is literally a peek at the future of beer if we don’t create a more sustainable future. This beer is brewed with wildfire-tainted water, drought-resistant grains like buckwheat and millet and bittering essence of readily-available dandelion. As the label says, “this dark starchy beverage might be what we have to look forward to” unless you urge your favorite brands to join New Belgium in committing to 100% carbon neutral practices by 2030. This Fat Tire hits 5.2%-AbV and you’re looking at the 16oz can. Stay tuned here for more details.
