This morning I have some new stout variants coming from Modern Times Beer in San Diego, CA. This is Modem Tomes Single Barrel Edition and today I have Uncommon Raptor, Handlebrook & Elias Butte barrels. The beer remains an imperial stout aged in Bourbon barrels and these three variants will all rock in at 14.4%-AbV. These are all 22oz bottles and stay tuned for release details and more variants. I’ve also added in the Equilibrium Brewery collaboration Silence Of Light imperial stout (12oz cand, 13%-AbV), Small Circles Zinfandel grapes from las Jaras Wines (12.7%-AbV, 750ml bottles), Modem Tones Singularity Edition aged in Elias Butte 14-year Bourbon barrels for 14.4-months (14.4%-AbV, 22oz bottles), Modem Tones Date Shake Edition (14.4%-AbV, 22oz bottles) & Small Circles Petite Sirah grapes from Las Jaras Wines (9.2%-AbV, 750ml bottles).
