Today I have your first peek at a new collaboration can coming from Goose Island in Chicago, IL. This is I’m A Bird and it will be a collaboration with Phase Three Brewing in Zurich, IL. The beer will be an imperial stout brewed with Panela, cocoa nibs and natural strawberry flavor. Look for this brew to fly in at 12.5%-AbV and this is the 16oz can (kegs coming too). Stay tuned here for release details. I’ve also added in the Phase Three packaging below.
