Today I have a new coolship bottle coming soon from Allagash Brewing in Portland, ME. This is Coolship Cerise Estate and it will be a spontaneous fermented ale aged with Montmorency and North Star cherries (from Allagash’s own orchard). This variant will hit 6.7%-AbV and you’re drooling over the 12.7oz bottle. Stay tuned for release info.
