Urban South - HTX and Brutal Beerworks Collaborate on Two New IPAsFrom Urban South:

WHAT: Houston’s Urban South Brewery and DFW’s Brutal Beerworks are proud to announce two new beers that will be available for fans to enjoy beginning Friday, August 21. Pillage is a triple IPA featuring Citra, Vic Secret and El Dorado hops. The second beer in the collaboration will be a fruited version of the triple IPA featuring pineapple, passionfruit, mango and marshmallow. The Brutal Beerworks brewing team joined Urban South at its Sawyer Yards facility on July 20 to create the new beers.

“At Urban South - HTX, we are determined to provide our customers with innovative beer options that can’t be found elsewhere,” said Dave Ohmer, General Manager of Urban South - HTX. “Collaborating with a team as unique and dedicated as the brewers at Brutal Beerworks made total sense for us, and we can’t wait to share the beer we created together.”

Pillage will be available for fans to order on Friday, August 21 using Urban South’s online store, or to pick up to-go at the Sawyer Yards brewery. A release date for the second beer in the collaboration has not yet been scheduled, but fans are encouraged to follow along on Urban South’s Instagram channel for the most up-to-date news.
