ABOUT THE BEER

The latest installment in our Lee Hill Series - Vol. 25 - a cocktail-inspired creation, is a nod to the classic azure-hued tiki drink known as the Blue Hawaiian. Mature sour ale from our oak Foeder was refermented on mounds of dried coconut and pineapple with rum-soaked oak cubes and orange zest for added complexity before transforming into a deep cerulean tone with the addition of blue spirulina.
