From New Holland:
Throughout the ages, Dragon’s Milk has been a term used to describe a liquid worthy of celebration, a reward at the end of the journey. We’re excited to announce the next legend to unfold in our journey, Dragon’s Milk Solera. This beer is representative of both the journey and the reward, and how both can evolve into something unexpected over time. Dragon’s Milk Solera is a 10% ABV Foeder-Aged Ale with rich notes of caramel, toffee, and fig. The solera aging and blending process allows for a deep level of complexity that will continue to evolve with each pull from the oak. Dragon’s Milk Solera will be available year-round beginning in August in select markets.
Want to be the first to try this legendary brew? We’ll be holding an online pre-order on Saturday, July 18.
