Today I have a new can coming soon from Prairie Artisan Ales in McAlester, OK. This is Pineapple Upside-Down Cake and it will be a sour ale with pineapple, pecans, cherries and yellow cake. The beer will slice in at a sessionable 4.9%-AbV and this is the 12oz can. Stay tuned here for release details.
