This morning I have your very first peek at a new beer coming soon from Bell’s Brewery in Comstock, MI. This is No, Yeah (or OPE No, Yeah) and it pays tribute to some phrases use in the Midwest. The beer will be an easy-drinking ale that hit a sessionable 4.5%-AbV remember that “No, Yeah” means yes. You’re looking at the 12oz can (12oz bottles below) and stay tuned here for release info.
This 14 Jan 2021 update from Bell’s:
We'd like to (politely) introduce you to our newest beer making its way to the Midwest - No, Yeah.
A little sweet, not too bitter, and just a lotta fun inside and out…
If you're from the Midwest or have been in our neck o'the woods, you might've heard the occasional "Ope!" or a good, old fashioned "Just gonna sneak past ya…" Consider this our nod to where we live, in all of its Midwestern-politeness, meme-worthy glory.
This year-round release starts shipping next week to Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois and Minnesota. If you search the Beer Finder and don't get results just yet, it's likely still on the way. You can also ask your local shops that carry our beer for more details.
Don't worry - we love the rest of you, too. It may not be headed there just yet, but you never know what the future holds.
For those in the Kalamazoo area, No, Yeah will hit the General Store shelves on Monday!
