Here we have a new batch of this sour ale coming from Wicked Weed Brewing in Asheville, NC. This is Bless Her Heart Batch # 39 and it will be a Whiskey barrel-aged (8-months) American sour ale fermented with South Carolina peaches, Rayburn Farms ginger and black tea. This version will hit 8.1%-AbV and you’re looking at the 500ml bottle. I also have Canvas Series Paradisi barrel-aged American sour ale fermented with hrapefruit, Clementine, Calamansi and bergamot (5.7%-AbV, batch # 40, 500 ml bottles)
