We tweaked the acidity on this batch, and a higher mash temperature for the base of pils, pale malt and honey malt helps hold the texture. Hornindal Kveik yeast adds subtle tropical notes. 5.1% ABV. Available now on draft and for growler fills in the Tasting Room and General Store.
