From: Tröegs:
The hazy pale ale trials are getting granular. We have two this week, and the first one, Scratch #403, has the same soft and hazy base thanks to pale malt, malted wheat, raw wheat, oats and honey malt. London 3 yeast once again gives us a dry fermentation. The tweak comes in the dry-hop bill. Citra, Vic Secret and Azacca give us really ripe and sweet fruit notes reminiscent of pineapple and passionfruit. We taste: overripe pineapple, sweet orange and passionfruit. It's 5.8% ABV and available now on draft and growler fills, only here in Hershey.
