Double Art Car IPA

8.3% ABV | 62 IBU

Since we released Art Car IPA back in August 2015, it's quickly become a brewery favorite. Recently, we reflected on what makes it such an enjoyable beer: big hop aroma, slight malt backbone to provide balance, and a clean finish that doesn't leave a bitter ending.
For Double Art Car IPA, we wanted to take these components and amplify them. We increased the malt bill to bring up the alcohol a little bit - up to 8.3% ABV. We also added a Citra dry hop at the start of fermentation to bring out an additional burst of bright citrus aroma and flavor - still with a clean finish.
Around for a limited time only, Double Art Car IPA is available in six packs and on draft in the spots you normally find our limited release beers. You'll start to see it in the wild on Friday, January 3, though some places will get it later.
