This morning I have your first peek at a new collaboration ale coming from Jolly Pumpkin in Dexter, MI. This is Super Vegan and it will be a collaboration with Stillwater Artisanal Ales and Masonry Pizzeria. The beer is a wild ale brewed with 5-pounds of tofu and aged 4-months in oak. After a “generous” dry-hopping, this juicy, hazy, sour tofu IPA is packaged in 750ml bottles. Look for Super Vegan to hit 6.5%-AbV and stay tuned for release timing.
