Goose Island: Official Craft Beer Partner Teams Up with White Sox to Create Sox Golden AleWe brought you a peek, and now the full details from Goose Island:

We’re excited to share that the Chicago White Sox and Goose Island have teamed up for a first-ever beer collaboration with Sox Golden Ale, for the upcoming 2020 season.

This easy drinking, refreshing, golden ale is perfect for a day at the ballpark or hanging out at the tailgate. Balanced cereal notes with honeysuckle and a subtle fruitiness make this beer the perfect pairing for some all-American baseball. Additionally, fans who purchase Sox Golden Ale at Guaranteed Rate Field will get a special edition can with a peel-back label revealing the 2020 schedule (while supplies last).

Quotes from Goose Island President, Todd Ahsmann, and White Sox Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Brooks Boyer, below:

“When we unveiled ‘The Goose Island’ last year at Guaranteed Rate Field I didn’t think it could get any better, but then we had the opportunity to brew our first-ever collaboration with the White Sox, Sox Golden Ale, and, truly, my dreams were made. I’ve been a fan as long as I can remember and can’t wait to crack open a cold one on Opening Day and throughout the season.” – Todd Ahsman, Goose Island President

“We were ecstatic when opening ‘The Goose Island’ this past season, and we’re confident this new craft beer collaboration will be the perfect complement to what’s already an incredibly unique gameday experience. The Sox Golden Ale launch is one of the many ways we’re changing the game for White Sox fans this year, and we’re thrilled to have an official craft beer partner that shares this passion for our fans.” – Brooks Boyer, White Sox Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing
