This morning I have two new collaboration cans coming soon from Almanac Beer in Alameda, CA. Mapache will be a sour ale aged in oak barrels with blueberries, plums, peaches and pears (6.2%-AbV). This beer will be a collaboration with Strange Brewing from Buenos Aires Argentina. The beer name translated to Racoon and it will be packaged in 16oz cans. We also have Time Bender hazy DIPA dry-hopped with Mosaic, Cashmere, Centennial and El Dorado hops. This beer is a collaboration with Moonraker Brewing in Auburn, CA and it will use yeast from Berkeley Brewing Science (8%-AbV, 16oz cans).
