This morning we have Blender Project No 016 coming from new Belgium Brewing in Fort Collins, CO and Asheville, NC. This is Exquisite Extraction and it will be a dark sour ale with cocoa nibs, coco husks and coffee that is served on Nitro. The beer will be a collaboration with Videri Chocolate and Black & White Roasters in Raleigh, NC. The coffee used will be Ethiopian Worka Chelbessa, Gera Washed whole bean and Dominican Republic cocoa nibs and husks. Look for Exquisite Extraction to hit 7.6%-AbV and you;re looking at the 750ml bottle. Stay tuned here for full release details.
